Home of our signature chewy and dark chocolatey bakes. They are handmade from scratch from a blend of glutinous rice flour, oats and just a little unrefined cane sugar to sweeten it, so the entire muffin is chewy (if you love chewy texture, you can enjoy this!) and not too sweet! All vegan and made without preservatives or artificial colour.

How was our Mochi Cake created?

 @iamjiaen — Jia En Tiong, spinning and pilates instructor from Absolute Cycle Singapore loved our mochi muffins that she requested for a HUGEEE one and that was it!

Her all-time favourite is the Double Chocolate Mochi Cake with a 74% dairy-free dark chocolate centre. Best eaten when warmed up in the oven with some ice cream/nice cream! We hope you'll like it as much as she does as we also come up with seasonal fillings - our current top pick right now is 100% pure Hazelnut Butter! 😍
